Things to bring

  • Your referral.
  • Your patient information sheet (enclosed).
  • Any bottles of eye drops that you currently use.
  • A list of any other medications that you currently use.
  • Medicare card and any Private Health Insurance details.
  • Sunglasses will be helpful when leaving with dilated pupils (due to glare).
  • Please consider your needs if you are diabetic.
Your eyes will be dilated for your appointment and you will be unfit to drive for 3-4 hours following this appointment.

Please arrange for a driver to collect you from this appointment.

Please allow up to 2 hours for your appointment with the doctor, and for any additional tests that may need to be performed.
